President of the Russian Premier League (RPL) Alexander Alaev said that the Winter Cup will be held in Abu Dhabi in early February.
The last RPL Winter Cup was held in Abu Dhabi in January-February. The winner of the tournament for the first time was Zenit, which defeated Spartak in the final – 3:0.
— We are close to the final decision, the Winter Cup will take place. The tournament in Abu Dhabi will take place in early February. We will publish the exact dates in the near future, approximately from the 1st to the 11th. We will announce the composition and all the details on Monday-Tuesday. I think the composition of the tournament will please everyone,” the Match TV correspondent reports Alaev’s words.
