Dyukov allowed points to be deducted from clubs in case of financial violations
The possibility of deducting points from clubs for financial violations is being discussed; the measure will be applied if the violations are not eliminated within the allotted time, said the President of the Russian Football Union (RFU) Alexander Dyukov.
The final meeting of the RFU executive committee in 2025 took place on Friday.
— What kind of punishments for clubs will be provided for by the new licensing rules?
— The decision has not been made yet. One of the options being discussed is the possibility of deducting points for committing financial violations. The measure will be applied if they are not eliminated within the allotted time,” the Match TV correspondent reports Dyukov’s words.
