Baltika head coach Andrey Talalaev was recognized as the best Russian coach in 2025 according to viewers and experts of the MATCH PREMIER TV channel.
According to the results of audience voting, Talalaev took first place. The voices of MATCH PRIME experts were divided between the coach of Baltika and the head coach of Krasnodar Murad Musaev.
In 2025, Talalaev led Baltika from the PARI First League to the WORLD RPL. After the first part of the Russian Championship of the 2025/26 season, the team from Kaliningrad scored 35 points in 18 rounds and ranks fifth in the standings.
