Former Spartak footballer Andrei Eshchenko believes that the leadership of the “red-whites” made the right decision by extending the contract with team captain Roman Zobnin.
On Friday, Spartak announced a contract extension with the 31-year-old midfielder until 2027. Zobnin has been playing for the “red-whites” since July 2016. As part of the team, the midfielder became the champion of Russia and the winner of the national Cup.
