“I wouldn’t be surprised if Spartak leaves Romanov” – Korneev
Former Russian national team player Igor Korneev said on Match TV that he would not be surprised if Spartak appointed Vadim Romanov as head coach.
In November, Dejan Stankovic left the post of head coach of Spartak. Vadim Romanov was appointed acting head coach of the team.
— This is always a dialogue between the players and the management. This is a story like with Dynamo. They might have wanted another coach, but they can’t find him and hire him right now. I wouldn’t be surprised if history repeats itself and Romanov is left (at Spartak),” Korneev said on the air of the “Everyone for the Match!” program. on Match TV.
