The RFU Commission allowed Baltika to register new players
The director of the department of registration, licensing and control of the activities of football entities of the Russian Football Union (RFU), Roman Dyakov, told Match TV that the ban on registering new players has been lifted from the Kaliningrad Baltika and KAMAZ (Naberezhnye Chelny).
Earlier, Dyakov told Match TV that the ban on registering new players was imposed on Baltika on November 13, and it will be lifted after the debt is paid off.

Baltika, under the leadership of Andrei Talalaev, went into the winter break in fifth place in the MIR RPL table. The Kaliningraders will play their first match after the resumption of the Russian championship on February 27 away against Zenit St. Petersburg.
