Details of Arbeloa’s contract with Real Madrid have become known
Spanish specialist Alvaro Arbeloa has signed a one-year contract with Real Madrid, Marca reports.
On Monday, Real Madrid announced the resignation of Spaniard Xabi Alonso as head coach, to be replaced by Arbeloa.
It is planned that Arbeloa will continue to lead the team after the end of the current season, unless the sporting director and the club president decide that the set goals have not been achieved and the contract is terminated.
Real Madrid are second in the Spanish Championship with 45 points after 19 matches, four points behind the leader Barcelona.
