Rubin announced the appointment of Frank Artiga as head coach
Kazan football club “Rubin” announced the appointment of Frank Artiga to the post of head coach of the team.
The agreement with the 49-year-old Spaniard runs until the summer of 2027.
Anis Bussaidi and Josep Tejedo have also joined the Rubin coaching staff. In the near future, Artiga and his assistants will begin working with the team at the winter training camp in Turkey, which will begin on January 15 in Belek.
Artiga’s last club was the Angolan Petru Athletic, which he left on January 10. Before that, he headed the Moscow region “Khimki” and the Moscow “Rodina”.
On January 13, Rubin announced the early termination of the contract with head coach Rashid Rakhimov.
