Brazilian footballer for Real Madrid Vinicius was subjected to racist abuse during the Copa del Rey round of 16 match against Albacete. The newspaper AS reports it.
The match took place on January 14th and ended with the victory of Albacete with a score of 3:2.
After the final whistle, one of the fans threw a banana towards Vinicius. It should be noted that the incident was noticed by an employee of the Royal Spanish Football Federation. Albacete specified that they are already looking for the fan responsible for the violation.
Vinicius is 25 years old, has been playing for Real since 2018 and as part of the team became a three-time Spanish champion and two-time Champions League winner.
