Smolov shared a joint photo with the Real Madrid legend
Former footballer of the Russian national team and Krasnodar Fedor Smolov published a photo with ex-Real Madrid defender Michel Salgado on his Telegram channel.
In the photo, Smolov and Salgado are hugging in the UAE.
“Yesterday after football I met the legend of Real Madrid,” Smolov captioned the photo.
Salgado played for Real Madrid from 1999 to 2009, and he also played for Celta Vigo and English side Blackburn. As part of Real Madrid, the defender became the champion of Spain four times, won the Champions League twice, and also won the Intercontinental Cup and the UEFA Super Cup.
