The fans of the Senegalese national team rioted at the end of the Africa Cup of Nations final. Fans began throwing child seats at the police and tried to enter the pitch.

This happened after a penalty was awarded against Senegal in the 99th minute. The Senegalese team initially left the field in protest, but then returned. Forward of the Moroccan national team Brahim Diaz took the penalty slightly to the center, the shot was collected by the Senegal goalkeeper Edouard Mendy.
