Rostov coach Onopko spoke about the players’ physical readiness
Rostov coach Viktor Onopko told Match TV that at the winter training camp the team’s players passed the physical fitness test better than in the summer.
Rostov is holding a winter training camp in the UAE. On January 17, the Rostov team beat the Chinese Chengdu Rongcheng with a score of 3:0 in a friendly match.
— The test went very well – better than the previous one, which was at the summer training camp. Everyone’s performance is much better. We, the coaching staff, even congratulated the guys in theory,” Onopko said on Match TV.
Based on the results of 18 rounds of the MIR RPL, Rostov scored 21 points and ranks 11th in the standings.
