The general director of Dynamo Makhachkala Gazizov was sued demanding compensation of more than 1.1 million rubles

The Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Bashkortostan filed a lawsuit against the general director of the Makhachkala football club “Dynamo” Shamil Gazizov demanding compensation of more than 1.1 million rubles, it follows from the file of arbitration cases.

The functionary is accused of “unjust enrichment.” It is alleged that Gazizov did not pay interest on the use of other people’s funds from February 1, 2021 to October 31, 2025.

— The Arbitration Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan considered the claim of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Bashkortostan against the individual entrepreneur Shamil Kamilovich Gazizov for the recovery of unjust enrichment for the period from 01/01/2021 to 01/19/2025 in the amount of 777,661 rubles. 28 kopecks, interest for the use of other people’s funds for the period from 02/01/2021 to 10/31/2025 in the amount of RUB 349,974. 61 kopecks with continued accrual from November 1, 2025 until the day of actual payment of the debt in accordance with the key rate of the Bank of Russia in force during the relevant periods, the court’s ruling says.

The first hearing in the case is scheduled for February 17.
