The players of “Zenith” from St. Petersburg beat the Chinese “Shanghai Port” with a score of 4:1 in a friendly match at a training camp in Qatar.
Goals scored for Zenit Luis Enrico (11th and 20th minute), Alexander Sobolev (71) e Alexander Erokhin (81).
Port of Shanghai has been the champion of China for the past three seasons. Zenit played their first friendly match at the winter training camp.
After 18 rounds, Zenit has scored 19 points and is in 2nd place in the Russian Premier League table (RPL). In the first match after the resumption of the championship, the St. Petersburg team will host Baltika Kaliningrad on February 27.
