The RT-Capital company filed a lawsuit against the Samara-based Wings of the Soviets, as follows from the materials of the Moscow Arbitration Court file.
According to the source, the statement of claim was filed on Monday. The amount of claims of the RT-Capital company is 145,689,233 rubles.
In July, the Moscow Arbitration Court recovered over 923 million rubles from Krylya following a claim by RT-Capital, which is a subsidiary of Rostec. The club subsequently appealed the decision, but the appeal was rejected. In early December, bailiffs opened enforcement proceedings against Wings of the Soviets to collect a debt exceeding 928 million rubles. At the end of December, Krylia reported that they had repaid most of the debt obligations (535 million rubles) to the company.
“Krylya Sovetov” with 17 points occupy 12th place in the RPL standings.
