Argentina’s River Plate has announced the return of one of the most iconic players in its history. Former France striker David Trezeguet he officially joined the club as an ambassador.
As River Plate explained in an official statement, Trezeguet will be a key figure in strengthening the club’s identity and international prestige. The Frenchman’s task will be to promote the club’s brand.
Trezeguet played for River Plate from 2011 to 2013.
