– “Wings of the Soviets” is a club in which I declared myself at a serious level, a club that gave me a lot, a lot. Here I made my debut in the Premier League, reached the final of the Russian Cup with the team, became the best assistant of the RPL and was called up to the national team. There are wonderful fans in Samara, with whom we had some special connection. They always supported me, treated me warmly and gave me great motivation to become better. I’m so thankful to you guys for all the love you’ve given me over the years!
I want to say a big thank you to the Governor of the Samara region Dmitry Azarov. This is a person thanks to whom the “Wings” develop and progress. Last season together we achieved the best result in 14 years, and it’s great! I hope that the Wings will continue to move forward and achieve better results.
I want to thank the management of the club, the coaching staff for everything they did for me, for the club, for the team. Thanks to teammates – guys, it was great to play with you on the same team! This is incredibly valuable and important.
Now the moment has come when I decided to try my hand at another team. This is a new step in my career after three years of playing for Samara. But this city, this team will forever remain in my heart.
Wings, thanks for everything! We’ll definitely see you again! – Zinkovsky is quoted by the official website of the Wings of the Soviets.
Zinkovsky has been playing for Wings of the Soviets since 2019. Last season, he became the best assistant of the RPL, giving 9 assists in 30 matches. He also scored 4 goals.
