Three players moved to Sochi. They played for Volga under the leadership of Garanin
Sochi Football Club announced the transfer of midfielders Kirill Ushatov, Timofey Shipunov and forward Daniil Martovoy.
Terms of contracts with 19-year-old Martov, 22-year-old Ushatov and 18-year-old Shipunov are not named. All of them took part in Saturday’s PARI Premier Cup match against Zenit (1:1, 2:4 on penalties). The players played for Volga Tver last season under the guidance of the new Sochi coach Vadim Garanin.
The Sochi club announced the appointment of Garanin in June. Last season the team was led by Vladimir Fedotov, who joined CSKA.
