Blatter: Infantino wants to destroy me and everything I’ve done for FIFA

Former president FIFA Sepp Blatter commented on the corruption case opened against him.

My honor must be protected. When I came back FIFA, There was not anything. When I left, it was an international organization, sound both economically, socially, culturally and politically.

I don’t know why the current head FIFA Infantino is being so mean to me. He even tries to artificially open a case against me. He wants to destroy me and everything I have done for FIFAbecause he thinks he does everything better than me.

I’m not looking for revenge, but I’m hoping for an acquittal. It’s about my reputation and the reputation of the football I created. I didn’t create it alone, but in collaboration with many coaches who have contributed to modern football, which has more than two billion fans. No other sport can boast such popularity.

Liverpool have agreed a contract with Guehi

Captain of Crystal Palace Marco Guehi set to join Liverpool at the end of the season. The England international’s contract expires in June and there are no plans to renew it.

Liverpool had already made a bid of £35 million in the last window, but the Londoners canceled the deal just hours before the transfer window closed. Sky Sports reports that Guehi remains interested in a move to Anfield and that a “gentleman’s agreement” has been reached between the two parties for the move to take place in the summer.

However, the situation could still change if Palace decide to cash in during the January transfer window. In addition to Liverpool, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich are also interested in Guehi, who will make an offer next month.
