Sutormin does not consider Dziuba’s departure a serious loss for Zenit
Zenit midfielder Alexei Sutormin commented on the decision of striker Artem Dzyuba to leave the St. Petersburg club.
On May 22, Dzyuba left Zenit, for which he had been playing since July 2015. In total, he played 249 matches for the Petersburgers, scored 108 goals and gave 71 assists.
– This is the first Zenit season in a long time without Dziuba. How is the team rebuilding?
– It is clear that Artem is a good football player, but there are no irreplaceable ones, – Sutormin is quoted by Match TV. – Dziuba has his own qualities, Vanya Sergeev has his own. We try to help Vanya, use his strengths. I hope he shows himself and scores. He has everything for this.
On Wednesday, June 29, Zenit beat CSKA Moscow 3-0 in the PARI Premier Cup tournament.
