From June 21 to July 7, the main friendly tournament of the off-season, the PARI Premier Cup, is being held in Moscow and St. Petersburg, in which the RPL football clubs Zenit, CSKA, Sochi and PARI NN participate. As part of the media activities dedicated to the Cup, an amateur football tournament is planned to be held on July 3 at the Sapsan Arena stadium.
4 teams will play in the tournament:

2. The Match TV team, which will include the well-known commentator Konstantin Genich and other representatives of the TV channel.

4. The Media team, which will include well-known football bloggers and journalists on the field.
Registration is open for everyone who wants to see the tournament with their own eyes. To get a ticket for the match, you need to register on a special page and then get confirmation from the organizers. The number of tickets is limited. Persons over the age of 18 are allowed to participate in tournament matches. For everyone who will not be able to get to the tournament, a live broadcast will be available with the participation of commentators on the social networks of PARI and FC Amkal.
The teams will play according to the Olympic system. The winners of the semi-finals will determine the winner of the tournament, while the losers in the ½ finals will compete for third place. The champion will receive a commemorative cup and a cash prize from the betting company PARI in the amount of 150,000 rubles per team. The second place will allow the team to share 100,000 rubles, and finally, the bronze medalist will receive 50,000 rubles. All prize money will be credited to players in the form of free bets, which can then be used in PARI to place bets.
The popular sports commentator Timur Zhuravel will comment on the tournament on the spot. For the guests of the event, a show program and various activations at the stadium during the games and in between matches are provided.

The Ministry of Sports proposes to tighten the limit for foreign players by 2028 according to the “10 foreign players in the application, 5 on the field” scheme.
“The Ministry gave the football community, experts and specialists the opportunity to talk openly about this issue. As far as I understand, the discussion process continues,” Dyukov said.
