The management of Bayern is ignoring calls from Barcelona director Mateu Alemani about the transfer of Munich striker Robert Lewandowski, Suddeutsche Zeitung reports.
According to the source, the Catalans were forced to send an offer to buy the Polish footballer by fax.
Earlier, the striker openly declared his desire to leave the club, while the Bayern management insists that he must work out his contract, which is designed for another year, to the end.
Lewandowski has been playing for Bayern since 2014. As part of the team, he played 374 matches and scored 344 goals.
