Arsenal have agreed on personal terms for the Leicester City midfielder Tui Tielemans.
The Gunners have reached a deal with Tielemans and could pay Leicester 32 million pounds, but they have yet to make a formal offer.
Tielemans joined Leicester from Monaco, scoring 24 goals and 24 assists in 158 appearances for the club
