Sochi midfielder Christian Noboa did not rule out that in the future he could end up in CSKA Moscow, following the example of the former head coach of the southerners Vladimir Fedotov.
The Russian Football Union (RFU) recognized the 37-year-old Ecuadorian as the best player in the country at the end of the 2021/22 season in the RPL. At the end of the season, where Sochi finished second in the table, Fedotov went to work for CSKA, and Vadim Garanin took his post.
– Will I use FIFA’s option to suspend the contract? I will definitely stay in Russia.
I do not rule out that I will [в ЦСКА вслед за Федотовым]. This is a good coach. Everything is possible. How did I feel when he left? This is football, everything is fine, – the Match TV website quotes Noboa.
On Friday, Sochi beat PARI NN (1:1, 4:2 on penalties) in the PARI Premier Cup match.
