Spanish police have arrested six gang members who previously robbed Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Marco Verratti in Ibiza, reports Periodico de Ibiza.
According to the source, two criminals were arrested in the city of Denia, four more were detained in Malaga. The police found jewelry and valuables stolen from the footballer’s home.
Earlier media reported that the player stayed in the house, which belongs to the ex-forward of the Brazilian national team Ronaldo. During the robbery, no one was in the house, the exact amount of damage is unknown.
