Extreme midfielder Dzambolat Tsallagov from the Lithuanian Dainava will become a Torpedo player, Match TV reports.
The Moscow club is waiting for documents from Dainava, which owns the graduate of Lokomotiv, who played on loan at SKA-Khabarovsk in the spring part of the season.
Paperwork from the Lithuanian club is the only problem with the transfer of the 22-year-old player in the current situation.
In winter, Tsallagov spent two training camps with Torpedo. In the off-season, the cousin of the Sochi captain Ibragim Tsallagov could move to Rostov.
Torpedo, following the results of the past season, went directly to the RPL from the FNL. In the first round of the new season, the capital club will play Sochi at home on July 17.
