Forward Fedor Chalov, who played for the Swiss Basel on loan, arrived at the location of CSKA Moscow in Novogorsk, the press service of the Russian football club reports.

The striker had his first training session after returning to the Red-Blues camp.

“It was a very difficult flight. I flew from Basel to Istanbul, there was a three-hour transfer, but the plane was delayed for another three hours. As a result, we landed today in Moscow only at nine in the morning. I had a full-fledged training camp with Basel, so I joined the work without any problems. So far, we decided to limit the load a little because of the long flight, but from tomorrow I will train fully. Physically, I feel good, I will be ready for the season,” said the 24-year-old forward.

Chalov moved from CSKA to Basel in February on loan until the end of the season. For the new club, the Russian played 16 matches, scored four goals and gave two assists. Chalov won the silver of the Swiss championship. He has been playing for the army team since 2016.
