Bayern, Chelsea and PSG have turned down the option to sign Manchester United striker Cristiano Ronaldo in the summer transfer window, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano.
According to him, the Bayern leadership refused, citing the player’s age. Chelsea do not want to buy Ronaldo, as head coach Thomas Tuchel opposed. Also, the agent of the Portuguese Jorge Mendes turned to PSG, but the Parisians are not interested in another striker.
According to the Times, the striker asked Manchester United management to let him go if a suitable offer comes in.
Ronaldo returned to Manchester United in 2021, last season the player made 39 appearances and scored 24 goals.
