Amkal is the winner of the media tournament as part of the PARI Premier Cup

On July 3, a media tournament was held at the Sapsan Arena in Moscow with the participation of bloggers, journalists, show business stars and former professional football players, timed to coincide with the PARI Premier Cup. The tournament was won by the blogging football club Amkal, which in a bitter struggle defeated its longtime rival, the Match TV channel.

The final match ended in a goalless draw, the fate of the tournament was decided in a penalty shootout. First, the goalkeepers of the teams exchanged two saves, and then the series lasted until the decisive miss. As a result, Amkal players were more accurate – 7:6. All the most media representatives of the team played for Amkal, including Herman El Classico and Andrey Sibskana. The Match TV team entered the field under the guidance of commentator Konstantin Genich.

The confrontation between Amkala and Match TV has already become a classic of media football. For both teams, the face-to-face meeting has become fundamental, so the players play to the limit and fight to the victory.

It is worth noting that the bronze medalist of the tournament was the team of FC “Artist”, which was played by former professional players, football players of the national teams of Russia and Bosnia and Herzegovina Alexander Panov and Elver Rakhimich, as well as actor Ilya Glinnikov, who scored a hat-trick in the match for the 3rd the place where “Artist” defeated the team of bloggers and journalists with a score of 7:2.
