Barcelona announce signing of ex-Chelsea defender

Defender Andreas Christensen has joined Barcelona, according to the press service of the club.
The Dane signed a contract with the Catalan team until 2026, the release amount is 500 million euros.
Christensen joined the club from Chelsea as a free agent. He previously played for Chelsea, where he won the Champions League, Europa League and UEFA Super Cup.
The 26-year-old made 34 appearances in all competitions for the London club last season, scoring 2 goals and making one assist.
