Manchester United admits they will lose Cristiano Ronaldo this summer. The 37-year-old Portuguese superstar is currently out of practice for “family reasons”.
United were initially optimistic that their star would still be with them next season, but Ronaldo has already made it clear that he wants to leave after a failed return to Old Trafford ten months ago, and now the Red Devils’ management has realized that he may not hold Cristiano back against his will.
New boss Eric ten Hag admitted that he wanted Ronaldo to stay. However, after negotiations with the board, the coach now agrees that he will have to plan ahead without him.
