Former Zenit coach Vlastimil Petrzela spoke about the future of the former forward of the St. Petersburg club Artem Dziuba.
Unsurprisingly, Dzyuba can’t find a team in Europe. They need high-speed mobile attackers and Dziuba is a player from a different plane, especially an older one. In my opinion it is better for him to stay in Russia. Here he is a great footballer, he will certainly be in demand and will play.
It will be very difficult for him in any European championship, he will hardly enter the field often. So he better stay inside RPL for another couple of seasons. Sochi is a great option for Artyom. It suits him very well. It is much better for him to go to Sochi than to look for a club in Europe.
As for Zenit, he is unlikely to return. Artem and the club made their choice. I think very soon Dziuba will find a team for himself.
