Bakaev, to the whistle of Spartak fans, made his debut for Zenit in the match for the Russian Super Cup
Midfielder “Zenith” Zelimkhan Bakaev made his debut for the St. Petersburg club in an official match, coming on as a substitute in the match for OLIMPBET Russian Super Cup against Moscow “Spartak”.
Bakaev, who previously played for Spartak, joined Zenit in the summer transfer window. The midfielder entered the field in the 69th minute, replacing Alexei Sutormin.
Together with Bakaev, Mateo Cassierra made his debut for Zenit, replacing the author of the first goal in the match, Ivan Sergeyev.
Zenit wins 3-0.
