Sterling to undergo medical for Chelsea soon – media

Manchester City striker Raheem Sterling is close to joining Chelsea, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano.
According to the source, the 27-year-old Englishman has already scheduled a medical examination in London, after which he will sign a contract with a new club.
Earlier it was reported that the clubs agreed on the amount of Sterling’s transfer – Chelsea will pay City about 45 million pounds, including 10 million as bonuses. The personal terms of the contract were agreed a few days ago. Sterling is expected to sign an agreement with Chelsea until 2027 with an option to extend for another year.
Last season, the striker made 47 appearances across all competitions, scoring 17 goals and providing 9 assists.
