The dispute resolution chamber of the Russian Football Union (RFU) lifted the ban on registering new players from Khimki, according to the organization’s website.
The chamber satisfied the application of the Moscow Region club to lift the ban after the “red-blacks” had executed the previous decisions of the body on the payment of debts to counterparties.
Goalkeeper Anton Mitryushkin and midfielder Ayaz Guliyev moved to Khimki in the summer transfer window.
Khimki finished 13th in the Russian Championship last season and, following the play-offs with SKA-Khabarovsk, retained their place in the top division of Russian football.
