Milan are not interested in signing a contract with Alexei Miranchuk, the club said
AC Milan sporting director Frederic Massara denied the club’s interest in Atalanta’s Russian midfielder Alexei Miranchuk.
Earlier, the Calciomercatoweb portal reported that AC Milan are considering the possibility of exchanging midfielder Tommaso Pobega for Miranchuk.
— Usually I don’t give interviews, but I’m happy to tell you that at the moment we are not interested in Alexey Miranchuk. It’s a lie. Miranchuk is a good, even special player. But we do not want to acquire it, – said Massara “Championship”.
Miranchuk has been playing for Atalanta since September 2020. The 26-year-old made 25 appearances for the club in all competitions last season, scoring two goals and making five assists.
