Mostovoy called Cattani’s departure a circus and said he was ready to become the sports director of Spartak

The former player of Spartak and the Russian national team, Alexander Mostovoy, reacted to the departure of the sports director of the team, Luca Cattani.

– The departure of Cattani is a circus. Nothing foreshadowed, another thing is that no one knew how this Cattani appeared in Spartak at all and what he was doing there. Therefore, his dismissal will not be a tragedy. This place will definitely not remain empty, nothing terrible has happened.

I am certainly surprised by the news, but not by what is happening. It’s just that the circus tent continues to tour. Cattani’s words come to mind that he would leave the club if Abascal failed. I wouldn’t be surprised if the new coach leaves the team one of these days. Anything can happen in today’s Spartak.

As for the position of sports director, I am ready to become one. Of course, I would not mind taking this position. But the likelihood of such an invitation is scanty.
