The official Telegram channel of the Ministry of Digital Development reports that 32,000 residents of Russia have received a fan card, while another 37,000 have passed a preliminary profile and photo check.
It should also be noted that for the issuance of a card it is necessary to apply on the website of the public services or personally visit the MFC, where it is possible to confirm the data declared. To apply for a card, you need to fill out a form and upload your photo.
Citizens over the age of 14 can apply on their own. For children under 14, parents or legal representatives can issue a card to their personal account.
