PARI NN’s Hungarian defender Akos Kecskesh said he feels a bit of pressure over his decision to stay in Russia.
– I have a contract for a year. Didn’t want to go anywhere. I’m happy and see the team’s potential – there’s an interesting project in Nizhny. I feel good in Russia, everything suits me. Let’s see what awaits me in the future, — quotes the words of Kecskesh Sport24.
– Is there a lot of pressure from the Hungarian Football Federation because you play here?
– I spoke with the head coach of the national team, I said that I did not want to leave Russia. Everything is fine. There is some pressure, but not from the federation. Mostly this is the press, sometimes the family can worry, but everyone is sympathetic. I have an explanation why others are leaving, but I don’t want to comment on their actions – it would be wrong on my part.
— And what does your family think about playing in Russia?
– Everything is fine. I am waiting for my family and girlfriend to visit me at the end of July. They were already in Nizhny Novgorod at the beginning of last season. They liked the city.
On Sunday, PARI NN played a draw with Lokomotiv Moscow (1:1) in the first round of the WORLD RPL.
