Bild reports that today, 21 July, at the age of 85, the former German striker died at home with his family. Uwe Zeller.
Uwe made 72 capsules Germanyin which he scored 43 goals. 19 years of his career (1953-1972) Zeller played in “Hamburg”. He is the top scorer in Hamburg history (523 goals).
Uwe became the bronze medal of the 1970 World Championship and the silver medal of the 1966 World Championship. Zeller is one of four football players in history, along with Pele, Miroslav Klose And Cristiano Ronaldowho scored goals in four World Cups (1958-1970).
