“Zenith coaches will trust Russian goalkeepers” – Tarkhanov on the transition of the Brazilian Ivan

Russian coach Alexander Tarkhanov spoke about the transition of Brazilian goalkeeper Ivan Quaresma to Zenit.
The club from St. Petersburg rented the goalkeeper from Corinthians until the end of the 2021/22 season. The agreement includes an option to buy the player.
– I think that Zenit coaches will trust Russian goalkeepers. Moreover, Odoevsky stands quite confidently.
– Shouldn’t Kerzhakov go on loan if he remains the third goalkeeper?
– If he doesn’t play, then of course he’s worth it. He is a good goalkeeper, any club will take him, – Tarkhanov quotes “Sport day after day”.
The 25-year-old played three games for Corinthians last season, conceding two goals.
