Ex-player of the Russian national team Alexander Mostovoy said that he would be ready to work as an assistant coach.
– Your main words about coaching lately: “I’m probably the most worthy to be in Spartak of all those who appeared there.” If it was an interview, how would you explain why you deserve it?
“Because they’ve already tried everyone—can’t you try me?”
– You are an outstanding football player, but with zero coaching experience.
– And it’s not just about the head coach: I’m ready to be an assistant. In our country, many sit on the bench for years as one of ten assistants. Well, you don’t answer for anything, but the money drips. And I can do that too, – quotes Mostovoy Sport24.
Mostovoy is a two-time USSR champion with Spartak.
