Former Lokomotiv footballer Dmitry Bulykin analyzed the meeting of “railroad” against “Zenith” in RPL (0: 5).
In the first half there was an even match, both teams had chances, many would have thought that the match would have ended in a draw. But no one scored, nothing foreshadowed such a score. But in the second half, Lokomotiv changed for the worse, had a terrible second half of the match and got five unanswered goals. You couldn’t even see the Zenit turning on, it sounded as it had played before.
“For some reason, Lokomotiv came out of the locker room very disassembled and paid for it. I don’t know, maybe they relaxed what to do in the match against the champion, they immediately scored a lot of goals. You can come up with several reasons, I think in the second half Lokomotiv came out badly at half-time and had a bad second half, complicating his life in the next game with a red card.
