The head coach of CSKA Moscow Vladimir Fedotov believes that the players of the army club lost concentration after the first half in the match against Nizhny Novgorod “PARI NN” in the third round of the MIR of the Russian Premier League (RPL).

The meeting ended with the score 2:2. CSKA was leading 2-0, but in the second half, PARI NN forward Timur Suleimanov scored a brace.

— It was possible to finish everything in the first half. Waste in the implementation of moments, one-on-one exit. With the score 2:2 we had a 100% chance, we missed the goal.

There was a loss of concentration at 2-0, when we didn’t finish the rebound and conceded. The transfer from the corner flag found the addressee, even though our players were stationed there. This is called “maintaining attention until the end of the match.” We must pay tribute to the opponent, they showed good aggression to the end, made serious demands, we won few rebounds after long passes, when they clung to the ball and carried out a second attack. PARI NN head coach Mikhail Galaktionov thanked the team players for their character.

— The most important thing is faith in the players, they believe in our ideas. We talked during the break, understood that the game was not over, there was still a whole half ahead. 2-0 in football terms is a very “slippery” score, it is important to score and return to the game.

The guys are great for showing character. We scored two goals, we could have scored more, Suleymanov had a moment. The most important victory is not only equalized, the stadium applauded the guys, – said Galaktionov.
