Commentator and host of “Match TV” Dmitry Guberniev commented on the rumors about the possible departure of Leonid Fedun from the post of president of the Moscow “Spartak”.
Earlier, Baza, citing sources, announced Fedun’s departure from the club. His place, according to media reports, may be taken by the former head of the RPL Ashot Khachaturyants.
– How would you rate the era of Leonid Fedun in Spartak?
— It was 18 years of turbulence, I think. It’s hard for me to say. As far as I understand, the Lukoil team remains. Therefore, we wish them good luck.
Fedun was the president of Spartak for 18 years. Under him, the club became the champion of Russia in the 2016/17 season and won the Russian Cup in the 2021/22 season.
