Danny confirmed participation in the match between the legends of Spartak and Zenit

Former midfielder of “Zenith” Danny will take part in the rematch of the legends of “Spartak” and the St. Petersburg club.
The second meeting between the veterans of the teams will take place on September 2 at the Otkritie Bank Arena stadium.
— Yes, I will participate in this game on September 2nd. It is a great honor for me to put on the Zenit jersey again. I spent a lot of good time in this club, and that period of my life brought me a lot of joy. Proud to represent Zenit again. Hugs to everyone,” Danny, 38, told RB Sport.
The first match of the legends between Zenit and Spartak took place on July 8 in St. Petersburg, the blue-white-blues won with a score of 2:0.
Danny as part of Zenit became a three-time champion of Russia, a two-time winner of the Cup and the Super Cup of the country. In his debut match for St. Petersburg, he became the author of the winning goal against Manchester United in the game for the UEFA Super Cup (2:1). He was recognized as the best player of the meeting.
