Monaco snatched a draw in the game with PSV, scoring after Golovin left the field
Monaco achieved a home draw (1:1) in the first leg of the 3rd qualifying round of the Champions League against the Dutch PSV.
The guests opened the scoring at the end of the first half thanks to an accurate shot by Yoei Verman. Monaco managed to bounce back in the 80th minute, defender Axel Disasi scored.
Russian midfielder “Monaco” Alexander Golovin entered the field in the starting lineup and was replaced just before his team equalized – in the 77th minute of the game.
The return match will take place on August 9 in Eindhoven.
In other matches of the game day, Sheriff lost to Czech Victoria (1:2) in Chisinau, while Bulgarian Ludogorets lost to Dinamo Zagreb with the same score (1:2) at home.
