The presence of a pronounced leader in the national championship does not harm the league, Lokomotiv player Kamano believes

Lokomotiv striker Francois Camano commented on the dominance of PSG in the French championship, noting that this could push other clubs to develop scouting.

The French league is fifth in the UEFA club rankings. Does Ligue 1 deserve more, or is it in its position?

– Those who maintain this rating, they take the numbers for a reason. So, there are criteria that determine the strength of a particular championship. I can say that last season in the French Championship was held at a high level: now the scale is completely different, the teams have become more competitive. Everyone fights, plays hard, it’s more interesting to watch the matches. Plus, I would note the fact that now there are a lot more stars in France. In the same PSG, there are probably three of the best football players in the world – Mbappe, Messi and Neymar. Let’s see if Ligue 1 will improve its position at the end of the new season.

– Is it good for the French championship that there is an undoubted leader – PSG, and there are all the others?

– I don’t see a problem with that. If the club has the financial ability to buy stars, why not use it? Of course, PSG is difficult to fight, they take players of the highest caliber. Maybe other teams will be better at scouting, be more precise in their decisions to compete with the Parisians in the future. But PSG is still superior to everyone, at the moment it is difficult to move them from the leading positions, Rossiyskaya Gazeta quoted Kamano as saying.

Camano has been playing for Lokomotiv since 2020, having moved from Bordeaux.

Secrets of the Real Madrid dressing room: Kroos told how he got along with Vinicius

Former Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos He talked about his interaction with Brazilian striker Vinicius Junior and other representatives of Brazil within the scope of the “royal club”.

“The Brazilians aroused my sympathy even as a child. While playing for Real Madrid, I developed excellent relationships with Vinicius, Casemiro and Militao.

It is very easy to find a common language with these guys: they know how to enjoy life, and their mentality is significantly different from that of the Germans.

Casemiro and Vinicius and I understood each other perfectly on the field and developed a unique football bond with Vini.

We communicated warmly in daily life. I believe that if there is no contact between players off the field, it is extremely difficult to achieve harmony in the game.

I used Vini’s high-speed bursts effectively and he masterfully directed my passes,” AS Kroos reports.

Let’s remember that Kroos defended the jersey of Real Madrid from 2014 to 2024. During this decade the German midfielder won the Champions League five times.
