Dynamo Moscow defender Alexander Kutitsky spoke about the requirements of the club’s former head coach Sandro Schwartz.
The 43-year-old specialist in the off-season terminated the contract with the Moscow club and headed the German Hertha.
– In Russia, Sandro Schwartz is respected not only for the result he achieved with Dynamo, but also for his decency. Tell me what kind of person he is.
“Sandro is very open and kind in life,” Metaratings quotes Kutitsky. – He does not have such that he is in charge here, and the assistants are somewhere in the background. No, he communicated with everyone on an equal footing, he could listen and discuss.
– What are his main requirements as a coach?
– He demanded that we give all our best on the field, demonstrate full dedication, while remaining a close-knit team and fighting for each other.
– Did you, Arsen Zakharyan, Kostya Tyukavin and other young people find it difficult at his training camp? Many people say that he has very difficult training.
– At first it was very difficult because of the high intensity. Sandro always tuned in to the speed of movement and selection. We came from the youth team, completely different workloads. The difference, of course, was felt.
20-year-old Kutitsky in the current draw of the MIR of the Russian Premier League (RPL) played 3 matches for Dynamo and was not marked by effective actions.
Dynamo, having scored 5 points, is on the 5th line in the RPL standings.
