Dynamo Moscow defender Alexander Kutitsky spoke about the interest from CSKA.
– The director of the Dynamo Academy, Alexander Kuznetsov, told us in an interview how a year before the invitation to the base you could leave because you were not invited to Dynamo-2. What were the options? Why did you decide to stay?
“To be honest, I don’t know where this information came from,” Metaratings quotes Kutitsky. – In fact, I did not plan to leave Dynamo anywhere. There were offers, of course. For example, CSKA called me. When I began to shift from attack to defense, army coaches approached my dad and offered to move. We refused.
– Now you are psychologically ready to become the main central defender of Dynamo? Aren’t you afraid of the responsibility and high expectations of the fans?
– I’m always ready. At the moment, he is no longer so subject to external pressure, because he played at the base, managed to play in the Cup. The first excitement disappeared, became calmer.
– You have already said a lot of warm words about Dynamo, and you recently extended your contract with the team until 2025. What does this event mean to you?
– Dynamo gave me the opportunity to prove myself in big football, to become part of a great club. I’ll just repeat what I said a little earlier – for me, Dynamo is much more than just a team.
20-year-old Kutitsky in the current draw of the MIR of the Russian Premier League (RPL) played 3 matches for Dynamo and was not marked by effective actions.
Dynamo, having scored 5 points, is on the 5th line in the RPL standings.
